Pulkit serves as President of the Lake Parsippany Property Owner’s Association, where he champions improved infrastructure and transparency in local decision-making. After building a coalition and being elected by his fellow residents, Pulkit has worked with all corners of Lake Parsippany to implement solutions for the neighborhood.

Diya Patel is a law student and lifelong Parsippany resident. Seeking to raise her family in the same community that she was raised in, Diya doesn’t just talk about affordability. As a student, young professional, and member of the disability community, she lives it everyday.

Matt Kavanagh is a Parsippany parent, engineer, and local advocate who understands the importance of planning for the future. With a professional background in clean energy engineering, Matt brings a data-driven approach to solving problems and will ensure that our tax dollars are spent wisely.
Matt serves as co-President of the Parsippany Green Team, where he has been a consistent voice for sustainability and curbing overdevelopment.
He has already delivered thousands of dollars in grants to Parsippany through this role, much of which has never been spent by the administration. As your Councilman, Matt will continue to seek revenue sources that don’t impact your taxes, and make Parsippany a more sustainable and affordable place to live
